I had nice food for breakfast for vegetarians.

The room I reserved was spacious and modern, and they served a tasty breakfast that catered well to vegetarians, it was the best we've had during our stay. Overall - luxurious place with respectful staff at the reception desk. Newly decorated and decent size rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware. Magnificent central location, short walk to different areas of the property, other attractions in Odaiba, and a monorail from main railway.

Honestly no reason to complain. Decent size, recently refurbished room, helpful staff at the reception desk. The pool area is nice too. A gym and a sauna are available at extra charge. Stunning and lovely location with private parking on-site. Only 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Teleport subway station...

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was helpful. I booked a nicely furnished room with a spectacular view. - the luxurious bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. - Everything was perfect, and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others for a business trip.

The breakfasts at the Grill were fantastic, and I really liked them; the location was fantastic, with a beautiful view and a bus station right there; everything here worked out perfectly for me, and I would definitely come back.

Not all the staff speak good english. At the check-in, at the reception, the man tried to record both my credit cards unsuccesfully, saying there's a problem, so he wanted the complessive amount of the payment cash! I had to ask him to "please" try again because it's impossible that 2 credit cards give errors! In fact, trying again, it worked, so we stay normally. It's strange I had to ask him to try again!

The room was fairly quiet with nice views. Its location next to entertainment venues and eateries was marvelous. - There was the bay and a harbor next to the place.
